For our client (Austrian personnel agency), we are looking for qualified workers for a gas engine production plant.
The job is in the city of Jenbach. We work in 2 or 3 shifts.
Basic salary €2,829 gross + daily allowances per working day + allowances for shift work. That is from 2,400 to 2,550 EUR net per month.
Job:
Independent implementation of adjustment work and adjustments on modern CNC machines for quality engine parts (e.g. connecting rods, cylinder heads, crankshafts, etc.)
Active monitoring of the production process
Constant quality control of manufactured components
Independent problem solving
Participation in the continuous improvement of process flows
Employee requirements:
Completed technical apprenticeship in the field of metalworking
Training as a CNC specialist: during or several years of professional experience
Practical experience with operating CNC machines is an advantage
Willingness to work in shifts (3-shift operation), overtime and flexible work placement within the team
Ability to work in a team and good communication skills
Good knowledge of German; Knowledge of English is an advantage
Willingness to learn and work independently
Willingness to fully implement safety/health/environmental specifications
– German language at a communicative level for every employee (at least B1)
– VP and a car, as accommodation can be 30-40 minutes away from work
