For our client (Austrian personnel agency), we are looking for qualified workers for a gas engine production plant.
The job is in the city of Jenbach. We work in 2 or 3 shifts.
Basic salary €2,829 gross + daily allowances per working day + allowances for shift work. That is from 2,400 to 2,550 EUR net per month.
Job:
• Independent assembly of motors in unit frames of series 2,3,4 and 6
• Assembly of various additional parts of the unit according to the technical diagram or drawing
• Isolation of aggregates
• Connection and setting of generators on the unit
• Teamwork in a modern assembly area for engines/units
• Digital documentation of components and work processes (Forcam)
• Constant optimization and ensuring the highest quality standards
• Active monitoring of the production process
• Independent problem solving
• Active participation in the continuous improvement of process flows
Employee requirements:
• Completed an apprenticeship as a mechanical technician, mechatronics technician, mechanic, agricultural machinery mechanic or GWH installer
• Several years of practical experience as a mechanic, GWH installer or related profession
• Willingness to work overtime and flexible work assignments within a team as well as working double shifts as needed
• Ability to work in a team and good communication skills
• Good knowledge of German
• Willingness to learn and work independently
• Willingness to fully implement safety/health/environmental specifications
– German language at a communicative level for every employee (at least B1)
– VP and a car, as accommodation can be 30-40 minutes away from work
