1. INITIAL DISCUSSION AND ASSESMENT OF ORGASITAION

In depth discussion with our client to ensure our complete understanding of positions and responsibilities required of the successful candidates

2. POSITION SPECIFICATION

We draft a position specification, describing our client, the nature of the opportunity and the professional qualifications required for the ideal candidate

3. IDENTIFY PROSPECTIVE CANDIDATES

Using our network of contacts, our database and advertising we start to build a list of prospective candidates.

4. ASSESMENT

Screening of prospective candidates prior to presentation to our client. This step includes in-depth evaluation interviews, attidude and aptitude tests, language level assesment and problem solving ability testing.

5. REFERENCES

It is our practise to directly contact superiors, peers and subordinates of past an, if possible, current employers.

6. PRESENTATION

A presentation of final candidates is made to our client in writing via a detailed confidential report containing our summary appraisal of each shortlisted candidate. This is followed by introduction of candidates to the client.
